Oenology & Spanish Wines (1st quarter)

On this course you will learn about the rich and interesting world of Spain: its land, grapes and fabulous wines. We will look at different climates, grape varieties, vineyards, how wine is made and what food we can pair with these wines. Wine is an important part of hospitality and cuisine and can have a major role in a restaurant or hotel.  My aim is to give the student an understanding of the world of wine and encourage an interest in Spanish wines, viticulture and winemaking.
